FAQ
Statement about production times Each product you see in our catalog is made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share.
When will I get my order?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–9 business days for all production techniques.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Please note:
-
Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
- Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
- Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the time your order is placed there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-9 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.
Shipping: it can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier
Why are the prices different
Prices will fluctuate depending on size and weight of the item
Where will my order ship from? We work with many fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide! Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at diversecreationsandcompany@gmail.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
Our clothing designs are fulfilled using various methods. Many of our products are printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique, which is a printing method where ink is first sprayed directly onto the garment, and then it soaks into the fabric. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. We use Kornit printers that generate almost zero wastewater and use less energy than standard industry printers, which lowers our carbon footprint.
The inks we use for printing are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. Diverse Creations & Company LLC takes sustainability seriously, that’s why we take care to properly dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines.
Coffee Mugs artwork is inkjet printed, using special dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. After printing, the transfer paper is wrapped around the mug. The image on the transfer paper is mirrored. Heat and pressure is applied to transfer the image. Printed dye is mixed with the coating. The image then becomes part of the mug.
Information about direct-to-garment printing
Note: This method is typically used for products with high cotton fabric content, like t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, etc.
DTG products
For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.
Sublimation products
We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.
Phone cases
We use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 ink for phone cases. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means the ink meets the gold certification for building materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Information about embroidery At Diverse Creations & Company LLC, we embroider our products with Oeko-Tex™ certified threads, meaning they’re safe for both adult and children's clothing. Compared to printing, embroidery is generally more durable and produces less environmental waste.
Eco-friendly product materials There are a lot of reasons why a product or material could be considered sustainable. Currently, at Diverse Creations & Company LLC our eco-friendly product collection consists of items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or a mix of these materials.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at diversecreationsandcompany@gmail.com
